This is very rare! Of course Brant Parker and Johnny Hart started Wizard of ID in 1964. Then, in 1970, Chuck Jones had a show called Curiosity Shop - an educational show ala Sesame Street.  This cel is from a segment made for that show.  It can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6aIBWM24ZCQ.  We'll include a Charles Scott Gallery COA.

This cel measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5". It has a fair amount of dirt on it as well as adhesive on the front in the corners from an old mounting. It is possible that it can be cleaned, but we're leaving that for the collector.
