WING COMMANDER
An Original Piece of Art Used to Make the Cartoon - One of a kind!
Production Animation Art Cel Setup (multiple cels making up one scene)
From Universal Studios, 1996
MATTED AND READY TO FRAME, with a Charles Scott Gallery Certificate of Authenticity
Remember the computer game Wing Commander? It was an early hit for us early geeks. And they made a cartoon out of it with MARK HAMMILL voicing a lead! This is the actual art used to make the cartoon! Each cel (or setup in this case - multiple cels that make up one frame) is photographed once under the camera as a frame in the cartoon you saw on TV. And each one is unique! Cels of this era were even hand-painted on the back (all the colors) We'll include a Charles Scott Gallery COA.
We will mount this gorgeous piece of art in an acid-free, 4-ply paper mat that measures 11" x 14" - so you can just buy your own frame and hang it in your home gallery. We only use archival/acid-free materials in mounting your artwork. NOTE: in most cases we have not yet mounted the art in a mat, so if you wish to have us leave it unmounted let us know IMMEDIATELY when you make the purchase, as we will often mat it within minutes.
SHIPPING COST INCLUDES PRIORITY SHIPPING AND INSURANCE!
