A nice full forward cel or cel setup (2 cels) of characters from this 1990's cartoon! Vor-tech was similar to M.A.S.K. - in fact many of the toys are really the same. It was redone later as the primary concept for A.T.O.M. Vor-tech was part of ABC's The Power Block.
