And this is definitely one of them! It is a cel setup of TWELVE of the characters from Tiny Toons! And it's been placed on a blue background drawing from the show!
This 12-field cel setup also has the WB seal and a Warner Brothers/Clampett COA. Note that WB/Clampett's new COA's no longer include the episode name. The cel measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5".
