A very nice drawing! It is of course Sylvester!  We purchased a small group of Looney Tunes animation drawings in 2010 of all the characters bowing.  They all are very similar, with the characters being relatively the same size.  We believe they are from a commercial or perhaps a Cartoon Network bumper.  The paper measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5".
