This is EXTREMELY rare. We purchased a large archive of Simpsons production artwork many years ago and this was part of the archive. 

It is a hand-painted production cel setup comprised of four cels and also includes a matching production drawing. The cels and drawing measure approximately 10.5" x 12.5". Some scuffing.
