SHERA PRINCESS OF POWER
VILLAGE OF ELBERON
Original Production Pencil Animation Background
from Filmation, 1985-1986
Hand-drawn by an Animator to make an Episode!
Comes with a Charles Scott Gallery Certificate of Authenticity
She-Ra Princess of Power has gorgeous and complicated backgrounds. And each one starts with a very precise and intricate pencil drawing. This is the REAL art of the backgrounds for the show. This drawing is the original artwork for the background you see on screen. After this they are copied onto paint board and the colors are then painted in - but this is where the lines come from.
Even better, Filmation was very good about documenting episodes. If you look on the drawing there is a number after "PP" and that number corresponds to the episode number. Sometimes they are slightly off since the shuffled the air order compared to the production order, but still it should be fairly easy to find what episode this is from! Measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5". We'll include a Charles Scott Gallery COA.
