Robert McKimson Sr. is a legend in cartoons. As stated in the letter of authenticity from his son, he worked at Warner Brothers from 1931 to 1969 and directed 175 cartoons! He created the Tazmanian Devil, Foghorn Leghorn, Speedy Gonzalez and Sylvester Jr. to name a few of his characters!
This was an illustration he made for a book he planned to make with his mother, Mildred and his brother, Tom. The book was called "Mouse Tales." Measures 6" x 9". Lightly yellowed with age.
