MMMMM - Alpha-Bits! Remember em floating around in the milk in your bowl as a kid? This is a multi-layer production cel from a commercial. Not sure what era, but done by R O Blechman Ink Tank animation studio and from the Jerry Weist estate. There are bits of tape and old paper around the edges under the mat.
