A nice production-used cel of these little dragons. Based on the Real Musgrave characters. Oddly the internet is conflicted about the year of this series - some say 1996 and some say 1998. Cel measures approx 10.5" x 12.5". Drawing is stuck to the back.  We'll include a Charles Scott Gallery COA.
