A nice production-used cel setup (multiple cels) of these little dragons. This is a VERY RARE Key Master Setup - which means it also includes the hand-painted background from the scene! So the whole setup matches the screen exactly! Based on the Real Musgrave characters. Oddly the internet is conflicted about the year of this series - some say 1996 and some say 1998. We'll include a Charles Scott Gallery COA.
