It is a production cel setup of Snoopy and Woodstock from only the third Peanuts feature film (versus the television specials), "Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown."

It's a wonderful image of Snoopy and Woodstock on a river in an inner-tube boat! The cel actually includes the boat and the water as well! And it has an amazing matching drawing (some production wear). It also comes with a color print background (measures approx 15" x 11" with a 12.5" x 9.5" image area). The artwork is 12-field animation (so approximately 10.5" x 12.5" each piece). Seal for the cel is on an overlay cel, noted by Peanuts to be with the cel, to avoid putting it on the paint of the water.
