It is a production cel with Sally from 13th Prime Time animated Peanuts special, "Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown" from 1975. The story of this special features Snoopy as cupid, a "Pawpet Show," the making of Valentines and their fate-filled delivery! Of course there’s a little heartache for Charlie and Linus too. This cel setup comes includes matching drawing and a color print background. It is only Sally on the cel.

The artwork is 12-field animation (so approximately 10.5" x 12.5" each piece).

NOTE: There is a long shipping time listed on this because it is coming direct from the studio. It should not take this long, but be aware you will receive 2 shipments: first will be the art, then the COA will be shipped separately after that.
