This is a great one! The rat problem has been a big issue in New York City for many years, and in 2000 they started a campaign called "Send Rats Packin'" which still goes on to this day! They had at least one commercial/PSA featuring animated rats and garbage cans. These 2 drawings were used to make the animation in that commercial! They're hand drawn and one-of-a-kind. Sadly, we haven't found the commercial online yet, but if you know of it, please let us know!

Measures approx. 10.5" x 12.5". If there are any horizontal lines in the drawing they're from our scanner, not on the drawing.
