 An actual prop used to make the cartoon decades ago!  You can freeze the cartoon and see where this hand-painted art was used! May be one or more cels used to make up this single scene you see in the picture (multiple cels making up one picture are called a Cel Setup). Some production strips (bottom part) were removed and re-taped at time of production, as was common. Some cels have paint loss ands some have that oily look that Filmation cels get - SEE PICTURES for condition. MANY COME WITH DRAWINGS!!
