This is production used cel is from Disney's short film - their final use of traditional ink and paint and camera process for a theatrical product.

It has been matted to an overall size of approx. 17 3/4" x 13 1/4" with an aperture size of 11 3/8" x 9". Older mat, but very expensive one. Some scuffing/scratches upper right, not on Mickey. The spears are on the hand-painted, custom background (not a cel). And in the screen shot you can see shadows that were added later. NOTE: you can see the reflections of our camera on the cel - they are not present in real life.

Actually used in the making of the cartoon and great for collectors or to hang on your wall as nostalgic decoration!
