Based on the beloved character from The Sword in the Stone, Disney's 18th animated feature from 1968, this is Merlin the Magician (from the T. H. White novel)! This is a hand-drawn production drawing used to create an animated cartoon shown at Disneyworld, Epcot Center in the 2000's. Even better, we know it is from the hand of animator Phil Nibbelink!
