Lou Zukor Signed Ub Iwerks Fleischer Original Production Animation Model Drawing Sheet - Likely 1930's - from his Personal Files
This amazing 2-hole production model drawing came from the personal files of Lou Zukor and is signed by him. Lou was particularly know for his production during the 1930's and 1940's, though he continued to work right up until the early 1980's. The Simple Simon cartoons (working with Ub Iwerks) and Mr. Bug Goes To Town (with Fleischer - working as Louis Zukor) are a few of his famous early works. This drawing looks very close to the king in "Snowtime," 1938 and is likely a preliminary design for him.
It has a vertical fold down the center as well as pin holes. It is yellowed from age, but the drawings are still vibrant and gorgeous. Measures approximately 12" x 9.5"
