Magnum Photos is an international photographic cooperative owned by its photographer-members, with offices in New York City, Paris, London and Tokyo. It was founded in Paris in 1947. This gorgeous piece of photographic art was sold during their "Youth" sale, in cooperation with The Aperture Foundation that was held for seven days in October of 2025. Prints were limited in number to only the prints sold during these seven days (though not physically numbered).

Larry Towell (born 1953) is a Canadian photographer, poet, and oral historian. Towell is known for his photographs of sites of political conflict in Ukraine, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Standing Rock and Afghanistan, among others. In 1988, Towell became the only Canadian member of Magnum Photos. His work is held in collections including the Getty Center, National Gallery of Canada, George Eastman Museum, National Museum of Qatar, and Archive of Modern Conflict in the UK.
