This wonderful commercial aired in 2003 and can be seen at the link below. The animation was done by computers after the drawings were hand-done and then scanned.

Model sheets are used to keep the characters consistent across animators and to set colors. It consists of copy lined-characters, (in this case they're on 2 squares taped down to the sheet of animation paper) who are then hand-colored and hand-notated.

Measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5".  Commercial was created by Klasky Csupo's commercial division.
