A very interesting film! Upon original release, it was a direct sequel to the Wizard of Oz and based on "The Marvelous Land of Oz," L. Frank Baum's second novel.

However it was strangely re-issued in 1976 with live-action segments that included Bill Cosby as the wizard! Check out the wikipedia page - it's fascinating! The movie actually began production in 1962 and eventually featured Liza Minnelli as Dorothy. Cel measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5" and has production wear.
