Sadly, the Dudley Do-Right Emporium, Jay Ward's store in Hollywood, closed its doors in 2005.  But before that, Jay Ward had a catalog that he ran out of the store where you could purchase all stores of wonderful scene cels of his beloved characters - some of which he signed!

This is one of those Limited Edition scene cels, from 1989 entitled, "Neighborhood Crimewatch"  It is of course of Rocky and Bullwinkle WITH Boris and Natasha based on his famous characters from The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show (1959-1973).  It is #4 out of 300 - and, sadly, he never did finish signing the entire edition before he died, so there are actually much fewer signed ones than the full edition.  Measures approx 10.5" x 12.5".
