Hero High was part of the Kids Super Power Hour and was originally meant to use the Archie Characters.  But Filmation's license ran out before the show started, so they gave them different names, like Glorious Gal.  This production background was used in the show - some are made-up of a background and an overlay cel.  Measures approximately a bit over 10.5" x 12.5" but varies.  

Backgrounds are MUCH more rare than cels or drawings!!
