Help! ... It's the Hair Bear Bunch! aired for one season on CBS from September 11, 1971, to January 8, 1972. A 13-issue comic book series was created by Gold Key Comics and began distribution in November 1971.

And this is a rare hand-painted production background used on camera to make the show. Cels are placed over a background and photographed as a single frame that then appear on the TV.  AND backgrounds are much more rare than cels or drawings, as there is only one background for a few hundred cels or more!

The # after the 53 is the episode number.  It may be slightly different from the air order, but it should be fairly easy to find this background if you look up that episode and the ones around it (with a few exceptions).

Most backgrounds measure approx 10.5" x 14" but can vary larger or smaller horizontally. Has minor production wear. SADLY, someone was hired decades ago to put together setups and sell HB art, and before anyone knew what they were doing they had cut up pan backgrounds into pieces that fit cels - this is one of those pieces.

Note: purchasing these original items from the making of the cartoons does not convey any rights to the images or characters on the cels/drawings.  They remain with the original copyright holders.
