It's been 35 years since this wonderful animated Walt Disney feature was released! Featuring a Sherlock Holmes like mouse named Basil Rathbone, and his companion Dr. Dawson who go up against Professor Ratigan the rat!  Based on the book Basil of Baker Street by Eve Titus.

This is a cel setup from the moment the Queen Mouse meets her Robot replacement! The cel setup was LAMINATED (sold that way by Disney), which was something the studio did for a few years. Unfortunately that means there's a lot of damage to the cel, as you can see in the pictures. But, this is the case with all the cels they released during this time period.

The cel setup measures approximately 12.5" x 10 5/8". And comes with a color laser background from the scene.

We will mount the cel setup in acid-free, 4-ply paper mats that measures 11" x 14" - so you can just buy your own frame and hang it in your home gallery.  We only use archival/acid-free materials in mounting your artwork.  NOTE: in most cases we have not yet mounted the art in a mat, so if you wish to have us leave it unmounted let us know IMMEDIATELY when you make the purchase, as we will often mat it within minutes.
