Original Flintstones cels from the 1960's are EXTREMELY rare. And this is an amazing setup of Barney and Fred! You can literally see the original hand-painted, thick lines of the cels (that they stopped doing after the 1960's!). This is from the 1962 episode, "Operation Barney" and we've shown screen-caps of the cels and background.

We believe the background is an original hand-painted background - we're only able to examine a tiny part of it since we don't want to lift the cels off, but under 100x magnification, through the cels, it looks hand-painted.  Fred stands about 5" tall. The overall mat size is 14 1/2" x 12 1/2" with an aperture size of 8 7/8" x 6 7/8". Older mat, but very expensive one. Barney cel is floating a bit above the Fred one. Cels and background trimmed (to 8 1/2" H x 12" W) and stapled at the top - this was actually a standard way Hanna Barbera sold some of these cels for a while.
