This may be one of the most rare Ferngully setups we've ever seen in years and years of buying and selling animation art.  It's a near master setup, with Pips and Batty Koda being just a few seconds apart in the scene (we've shown 2 screencaps - one of each character in the scene).  But what makes it truly amazing is the incredible scene-matching hand-painted background that comes with it!  In addition to the cels from the plants in the scene as well! 

And these cels and background are HUGE!  In order to achieve a high quality film, they used larger cels.  Nevermind the fact that ROBIN WILLIAMS voiced Batty Koda!  Or that, most folks say Avatar is a direct copy of this wonderful film.  AND there are 2 signatures involved here - the Director, Bill Koyer has signed one of the cels AND the background artist, Jonathan E. Goley signed the back of the background!

We recently discovered this amazing setup in our warehouse and we're pretty sure it's the last cel setup we have from this amazing film - so grab it now!

The cels have some scuffing, there is tape at the top and the production strips on the cels has been removed and re-taped at time of production.  This was common in order to "move" the characters in the frame.  The cels measure approx.  17" x 10.5" and the background measures approx. 13 1/8" x 16 7/8".
