This cel is from the 1981 film based on Brian Froud's Faeries - which was a HUGE hit when it came out. It Oisin - and it comes with the matching KEY production drawing (a Key drawing is done by a KEY animator versus an in-betweener who just does the "in-between" drawings). We'll include a Charles Scott gallery COA.
