Doug Funnie was a wonderful show! Airing from 1991 to 1994 on Nickelodeon, then on to Disney where it wasn't quite as good. And this is a TRUE rarity! You can find a few Doug cels for sale, but hand-painted original production backgrounds are rare. This one comes with a clear overlay cel that has the seal on it - we've shown a view with that and without.

Background is approx. 13 1/4" x 10 3/4" and overlay cel with seal is 10.5" x 12.5" (not attached).
