We're not completely sure if this is from Captain Planet but we believe it is. We have an entire series of cels that appear to be background or overlay cels. At some point we were told these are from Captain Planet, but don't have any additional confirmation of this. If you know, let us know!

Originally created by DIC, by season 5 the show was rebranded as "the New Adventures of..." and continued production.  Not sure which episode this is from. Measures approx 10.5" x 12.5".
