Billy Tokyo was called "the best still-affordable painter you have never heard of" in the Washington University journal "The Common Reader," in a 2024 article by Best American writer John Griswold. He often works in Pop Art and Abstract Expressionism but no form is beyond his talents. You'll even find a splash of graffiti style in much of his work.
"All My Friends" is a colorful panoply of a diversity of friends. It is spraypaint using stencils, linen on cotton matboard. It measures approximately 32" x 40". There is a bump to the lower left corner, about 1" in from the edge. It extends about 1.5" into the art as a wrinkle, but will not be visible when the piece is matted by your framer. Art is signed on the back.
Comes with a Charles Scott Gallery Letter of Authenticity.
