This cuddly cartoon was made in 1993 and aired in 1994, and was of course based on the classic film, Beethoven!  What a cuddly doggie!  There's a very slight "waviness" to the cel, which is common for Beethoven cels.  It was actually used to make the cartoon!  Measures approx 10.5" x 12.5".
