From the groundbreaking Batman the Animated Series, 1992-1998, (renamed The New Batman Adventures half-way through), comes this wonderful Animation Cel Drawing. And drawings are where the real artistry lies in 2D animation - from the 1960's through the time when animation was switched to computers, the drawing is the art created by the animator.

NOTE: there is a long swath of what appears to be scuffing/dirt/smudging or something above Batman - we're not sure if it's just dirt or it's meant to be there.
