One of the cartoons that brought 2D animation back from the grave in the 1980's/1990's, the Animaniacs were frenetic and WONDERFUL! And this is the best of the best - an amazing cel of all three main Warners, with the matching cel that makes up the background - a Key Master Setup (all pieces just as used on camera). Whenever they did a "zoom" of the camera, they used painted cels as the backgrounds like this - animating EVERY frame! We've shown a screen capture of the scene from the show! Cels measure approx. 10.5" x 12.5".
