This cel was actually used in the opening credits of the Woody Woodpecker show in 1987! It includes a color copy background. AND it was signed by Walter Lantz. Cel measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5".
NOTE: the cel has many "divots" on it. Small indents in the cel.
