We've wondered for years what these are from. They're VERY clearly Seals and Crofts singing. We thought perhaps they were from Rock Odyssey, since Summer Breeze is in the film, but they don't appear on screen and actually the production numbers don't match. If they're Hanna Barbera they're likely form 1979 or 1980, but we don't know. 

Interesting art though - as they are a kind of rotoscoping animation that was also hand-painted! Similar to what Bakshi used a lot.

The cels measure approx 10.5" x 12.5". Many have dirt, paint transfer or paint loss (see pics).
