We're not sure what commercial this is from, but we know from the production codes that it IS Hanna Barbera and likely created around 1979. Most of these have overlay cels as well.

This background measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5" - some are slightly larger or smaller.
NOTE: the "Copyright" word on the digital image is not on the actual background.
