Bill Melendez and Lee Mendelson

DIRECT FROM THE STUDIO!

Comes with a Studio Certificate of Authenticity, all cels and drawings will also have Peanuts seal!

We are honored to be part of the studio gallery program, which means we can offer you amazing Peanuts animation art direct from the studio vaults. And this piece, based on the characters by Charles Schultz is a knock-out!

It is a production cel setup with 4 characters: Charlie Brown, Linus, Peppermint Patty and Marcie from 26th Prime Time animated Peanuts special, "What Have We Learned Charlie Brown" from 1983. The special is a flashback of Charlie Brown's student exchange trip and a memorial for D-Day. This cel setup also comes with a color print background and 2 of the matching production drawings. It was animated by the renowned animator, Bill Littlejohn.

The artwork is 12-field animation (so approximately 10.5" x 12.5" each piece).

NOTE: there is a long shipping time listed on this auction because it is coming direct from the studio. It should not take this long, but be aware you will receive 2 shipments: first will be the animation art, then the COA will be shipped separately after that. That is a requirement of the studio and we cannot change that. ALSO we only have this available until 5/23/2021.
