The illustrations are credited to Viola Lowenheim, and Samuel Lowe staff members author\/illustrator Sharon Banigan (aka Sharon Stearns) and author Helen Gale likely collaborated on selecting the poetry in this compilation. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis interior illustration has an attached onionskin overlay with monochrome color elements added in watercolor. It is hand-drawn in graphite\/artist's pencil with ink detail and is numbered to the corresponding page number (and the old title). Done on bristol board. Size varies somewhat but generally around approximately 11\" x 15\". Onionskin is in varying states of wrinkling, etc. (see picture).
