From the 1980 cartoon "Heathcliff and Dingbat" which only ran for one season! It's a gorgeous color publicity cel of all the main characters including DINGBAT the vampire dog, Nobody and Sparerib! It's even been signed by Jerry Eisenberg who did the character design work for this cartoon AND was the producer. Jerry Eisenberg worked at Warner Brothers, Disney, Hanna Barbera and of course Ruby Spears. Check out his wikipedia page - he's worked on an astonishing amount of famous cartoons.
